In the horror movie world, there are few things more terrifying than a deranged doctor. Dr. Giggles, the main antagonist in the 1992 slasher film of the same name, is a perfect example of this. The character, played by Larry Drake, is a mentally unstable physician who escaped from a mental institution and returns to his hometown to wreak havoc.
